Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions — ShyMotion / Turn Up & Tone and Beginners Heels Classes By booking and attending a class, you agree to the following terms: 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time through your account online. Your class credit will be returned to your account for future use. Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations are non-refundable, and the class credit will be forfeited. Class Transfers: Class bookings are non-transferable to other individuals. 2. Arrival & Entry Access Doors open 15 minutes prior to class start time. To ensure a safe, distraction-free environment and full warm-up participation, late entry will not be permitted past 10 minutes after class begins. Late arrivals will be treated as a late cancellation. 3. Footwear & Attire Please wear supportive, clean athletic sneakers suitable for high-impact cardio movement and comfortable studio workout attire for TurnUp & Tone. Stilettos recommended for Heels classes but not required. 4. Physical Health & Liability Waiver Dance cardio is a high-energy, high-intensity aerobic exercise. By attending, you confirm that you are in good physical health and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with physical exertion. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, please consult your physician before attending class and inform the instructor prior to the start of class. 5. Photo & Video Consent Classes may be filmed or photographed for promotional and social media content. By booking this class, you consent to the use of class media featuring your image unless you explicitly notify the instructor in writing prior to class. 6. Studio Environment We prioritize a high-vibe, safe, and supportive space for everyone. Respect for fellow participants, the instructor, and studio space is strictly enforced.
