REFUND POLICY

At ShyMotion we are committed to providing high-quality dance fitness classes and experiences. To

maintain the integrity and consistency of our programs, we have established the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds

All payments made for classes, workshops, or events are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Class Fees: Payments for regular dance fitness classes.

  • Workshop Fees: Payments for any workshops hosted by ShyMotion.

  • Special Events: Payments for performances, competitions, or special events.

Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Attendance Policy

We do not allow absences in our classes or workshops. Regular attendance is crucial to ensuring the best learning experience and achieving progress in your dance fitness journey.

3. Emergency Adjustments (Workshops Only)

We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. In the event of an emergency that prevents you from attending a workshop:

  • Adjustment of Fees: At our discretion, we may allow you to apply the fees paid for the missed workshop toward a future workshop of equal or lesser value.

    • Conditions:

      • This adjustment is only applicable to workshops and not to regular classes.

      • The decision to allow an adjustment is at the sole discretion of ShyMotion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

      • Any adjustments granted must be used within 6 months from the original workshop date.

      • Proof of emergency (e.g., a medical certificate) may be required for consideration.

4. No Transfers or Credits

Fees paid for classes, workshops, or events are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another person or used as credit for any other services not specified in this policy.

5. Cancellations by ShyMotion

In the rare event that ShyMotion needs to cancel a class, workshop, or event:

  • Refunds: We will provide a full refund of the fees paid for the affected session(s).

  • Notification: We will notify participants as soon as possible via email or phone.
