"Hot & Unbothered : Dance Fitness Pop-Up" is a high-energy, all-levels dance fitness class designed to uplift and empower us through movement, music, and community. Set to the latest hip-hop and rap hits, this class combines cardio, strength, and self-care in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a first-timer, our inclusive space welcomes all who seek to connect, heal, and thrive together.
