Cancellation Policy

By submitting a booking request, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking Status & Venue Approval Pending Status: Requests submitted on shymotion.com are "Pending" until availability and venue details are manually verified. Submitting a form does not guarantee your date. Host-Provided Venue: Clients are entirely responsible for securing the venue. For a professional space, we recommend ShowUp Studios. Room rentals must be handled independently with the facility. Verification Required: A screenshot of your confirmed studio rental receipt must be uploaded during checkout. Requests missing valid venue verification cannot be approved. 2. Payment Terms & The 48-Hour Rule No Upfront Charge: No payment is collected on the site during your initial request. Secure Pay Link: Once approved, a secure Wix payment link will be emailed to you. 48-Hour Deadline: Full payment (Base: $150, Standard: $250, Large Group: $400) must be completed via the link within 48 hours of approval. Cancellation: If unpaid after 48 hours, the request is declined, and the slot is released. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Non-Refundable: Approved, paid sessions are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date, subject to coach availability. Requests made under 7 days require a new booking fee. Third-Party Venues: SHYMOTION is not responsible for rental fees or policies lost at ShowUp Studios or other venues due to cancellations. Punctuality: Sessions start and end exactly as scheduled. Late arrivals will shorten class time and will not be discounted or extended. 4. Headcount & Package Tiers Clients must select the tier matching their actual attendance (Base: up to 10, Standard: 11-25, Large Group: 26+). If the crowd size on event day exceeds the booked tier, the client will be invoiced for the pricing difference immediately after class.
